You cannot turn off or disable X-ray at this time. On some devices you can click the little arrow next to the X-ray panel to hide the overlay. I’ve also noticed some titles have the X-ray details hidden unless you click on them. Hopefully Amazon eventually gives the option to turn it off before a title is played.

A couple days later I got the $200 promo credit, again when I add in a say a $500 item (Sold by Amazon seller) the checkout page shows $200 courtesy credit being applied towards the order, not the $250 of what should apply. Is there a way to view promotional/courtesy credit balance?

Ever since Amazon got rid of order report functionality last year, I’ve been trying to find an easy way to export my order history. As it turns out, Amazon actually still offers a way to do this using their “Request My Data” tool, though it’s buried deep within their help pages.

Why is Amazon blatantly lying about damaged or used goods when the items I sent back were still sealed in original manufacturers packaging? And the end of the email they specifically said " However, the number of refunds for items received in a damaged condition in your account exceed the expectation." Damaged? These items were factory sealed!
